Markit Ok I've been trying to find decent sausages here on Bali for about 10 years and here's my solution: DIY sausage maker from Tokopedia (IDR60k, collagen skins IDR 40k). This made the best sausages I've had in 10 years and the best thing is you know exactly what went into them - Butcher said "that's a great piece of meat so lets make sausages" never, in history!
