Markit did you buy a helmet or just used the one that came with the bike?I was in Bali just before Christmas and was going to hire a N Max but they wanted Rp250,000 a day.Went to the Yamaha dealer close to home but they sold there demo bike so wait for test ride, I see the N Max won bike of the year in the otomotif magazine.

The one that came with the bike was made for the victims of Sulawesi headhunters - small, or maybe it's for that other head?Don't know about bike of the year but since it's the first one I've owned since my Triumph 350 in the 70s it's the best since then, for me. Tech has come so fecking far since then, and the Triumph was much loved for stuff that is actually awful - compression, weight, sound, handled like a bumber car, etc. that I'm absolute blown away by it. I'm still impressed by kicking up the stand and pressing the automatic starter - get a semi-wood just from saying it. Handles like a dream, saying very quietly, did Candi - DPS and back in 1.5 hours over midday. Usually double that time and more. Loads of fun for young and old. I was one of the first on the road with it and it got looooookkkkks now every Made, Wayan and Putu has one. Saw a black one yesterday looked very Batmanish.I could go on....
