woh the minimum wage seems really low in Bali, just moved and setting up my own thing and surprised at how low the wages can be for hiring staff.

They will be somewhat higher for good or trained staff but you will need to investigate what the shops/businesses around you are also paying as you will not be happy long if you pay much over the normal rate.
