There's all the "good quality" vitamins in the fresh food/fruits your MIL could ever need in every local market - the stuff in pill form is garbage and just makes the producers rich and turns up again in our water...

Hi Claire, I would suggest ordering from Tokopedia or other online retailers in Indonesia. They can ship direct to your mother in law. Much better choice and prices.
