Every time we have a tiff I threaten her with deportation....btw I can say our guest mattress is very comfortable and the local pizza delivery service excellent.1.She now qualifies by age to get her own Retirement Kitap (under process now) so I've lost control...as if I ever had it.2.Our situation was different as we lived in Arizona for 8 years...no way we could have done that on an Indonesian passport.
1.If shes getting to that age should you not be thinking about an upgrade2.You really have been about
davita
1.If shes getting to that age should you not be thinking about an upgrade
hehehe...I was really thinking about a downgrade... like the old days in Bali where the women would ride bikes without gear....and I'm not talking about Derailleurs or Shimano....:devilish:

hehehe...I was really thinking about a downgrade...something along markit's idea of LBFM's (if you have to ask you haven't yet lived)..... like the old days in Bali where the women would ride bikes without gear....and I'm not talking about Derailleurs or Shimano....:devilish:
I haven't lived but its never too late (is it)
Markit
Davita - Dude! I had to look up LBFM so please don't attribute crap like that to me that I haven't said! OK?I would never use the term "Little Brown ****ing Machines"! Ever.It is wrong on so many levels I could not believe it. I find the women here wonderful - happy, cheerful, inviting, sexy, accommodating, apparently blind to my insufficiencies, helpful, accepting of no end of work and sweat, brown, beautiful, juicy, happy. I could go on and on. I would never, ever call the above a LBFM.
davita
Dude! I had to look up LBFM so please don't attribute **** to me that I haven't said! OK?
I've read many of your posts where you talk about little brown girls...that's why I added....but...as you appear seriously offended I have deleted the reference. Just make sure, in the future, you don't make similar references otherwise I'll hold you to this.Btw.. it was a joking response to geedee but I'll make sure I never attribute anything about you. Who cares about you except yourself...there are many here you have previously insulted and offended but you don't seem to care.
Markit
Just make sure, in the future, you don't make similar references otherwise I'll hold you to this.
Davita I'm just some smelly expat siting in front of his dilapidated laptop, with the fan on 3, (possibly in Podunk, New York). My references are my own and I will retain that right. Don't "Quote Markit" I'm just some asshole. But I'm my own asshole.
davita
I'm just some asshole. But I'm my own asshole.
If you wish to make a confession I suggest finding a therapist/psychiatrist near where you live...nobody here gives a ****e!
Markit
Then please stop misquoting me.
davita
Then please stop misquoting me.
It was not a quote. A quote is something you said that I copied...I never did that. I attributed some reference to you as I've seen you previously referred to local ladies as 'little brown gals'. But I've deleted and make sure I never attribute anything about you as you seem very mixed-up about that... but never confused when you do it.I note you recently made reference to me on a few posts without any response from me....because I understood you were attempting to be funny.

All the above is exactly the reason i read this forum. Not because its informative, its the comedy element.

Ok we are just back from Indonesian consulate in Sydney. tried ringing for a few days but they just dont answer the phoneshould have googled first as everyone complains they don't answer. As previously stated booked tickets in wife's married name then realised that her passport in maiden nameso best solution was to change her passport to maiden name as quicker and cheaper than having to do it through Air Asia. This is not as easy as I thought the girl at the consulate was explaining to my wife as i was at the toiletwhen i came back my wife asked her to explain to me she proceeded to explain in Indonesian as i was nodding in agreement after 30 secs my wife realised and said he doesn't speak Indonesian damn i was enjoying it she was very prettyanyway she explained it cannot be done in Australia (explaining if they change it, it looks like its 2 people with same passport ?????????).First you have to go to a catatan sipil office in Indonesia andget your ID and birth certificate copied stamped blah blah blah then back to Australia and they issue new passport in married name signed by consulate. To further show me this she left and came back handed me a file and showed me another bule who had done the sameall of his personal details were on it(no privacy at all for poor Mr Keevers) .So instead they issue a new passport in maiden name with another page stamped and showing her married name and assuresus that we will have no trouble at check in as passport shows both names ,she says it happens all the time.Arrived at the consulate at 10.30am and out by 11.02am and pick passport up in 3 days veryvery impressed indeed especially with the beauty behind the counter. and yes yes yes Davita you were pretty spot on about changing passport name i suppose you have to be right on some occasions

Congratulations! Seems like a very reasonable compromise and contradicts my theory of how RI normally conducts affairs.2. A very rare event. Tonight, being Friday, a holy day for party people.....to be celebrated with a box of vintage Bali Hatten Rose..:drunk:

Update. went back to pick up wife's passport at Indonesian embassyI take back all the good things i said about themWas let in by A 10Y/O Indonesian kid wearing a Man Utd top who had a remote control and was returning with a pkt of crisps fantastic security. After waiting half hour passport wasn't ready, they said printer was not working then changed it and said due to renovations. They said they were closing from 11.30 till 2.30 for Friday prayers(think the last time she prayed was when she asked for extension to stay working in Australia)Choices were come back in 3 hours or following week(its 1 hours drive). We arrived back as the three counter staff were arriving back from prayer each carrying about half dozen fashion shopping bags(must be prayer rooms in the fashion outlets)Anyhow after another 30mins got here passport and they F***** it up. the 2nd additional page is meant to be stamped and say this is her married nameinstead it says she is married to me and uses my name, nowhere does it use her married name as they promised. This will still not get us on the plane as airline need same name as passport and i have booked using her married name (I also used Mr instead of missus). Was about to complain to the 10y/o who was now behind the counter leaning over and eating a cake but thought no i can no longer remain calm..Tried to change name online through AIRASIA but could only change nationality as no changes allowed.Tried through facebook with AirAsia no response so called their Indonesian number in Jakarta my wife spoke to them and within 5 mins all fixed and resent changes with NO CHARGE Davita take note they were responsive and very easy to deal with)

Well best of luck I'm glad you were successful... The following is what I wrote to the CEO Air Asia regarding tickets for a flight 6 Jun 2014 and return 11 Jun 2014...to which I referred in post #2 on this thread."....I immediately drove to Air Asia office in JL. Legian just as the office opened at 08:00 but the Staff Member could not help...he could hardly keep from yawning either...so I went to the airport.I met with supervisor Eko Bambang Supriyant. He saw my dilemma and spent some time trying to change the intended passenger name on his computer but eventually admitted it was out of his control. This employee was the only person with any sympathy for the situation and did try to help. He recommended I use the Call Center which I did and my wife, who speaks Indonesian, mentioned the mistake and asked how it could be corrected. His name was Fabio. He said he could not do a name change, was of no help, and hung up the phone. My next attempt to rectify the situation was to contact Customer Care where, eventually, after many reports, I was sent a robotic reply with a case reference CAS-7492487-G935GC on 20 May 2014 saying I would have a more substantive response and an appropriate resolution with 14 days. I repeated a request on 27 May 2014 and got another robotic response CAS-7579166-1RH206 saying they will respond within 5 days. To-date 10 days later, they have not responded to either of those case references and the flight has departed. On 14 July 2014 more than one month after the flights..... I received the following email:-"Thank you for your feedback to AirAsia Customer Care.In response to your email, allow us to take this opportunity to inform you that Name Change option is no longer provided for all destinations effective 1 November 2011.Referring to your ticket with booking number ****, the booking status has changed to "No Show", since you did not board the flight and the ticket is forfeited. Please be informed that once you booked a flight and it has already confirmed, for cancellation will not get any refund including any kinds of our products (baggage/ insure/ meals/ seat/ etc).We hope our information clarifies.Should you need a fast respond to your enquiries in the future, please follow our Twitter Account Askairasia (http://www.twitter.com/AskAirAsia) or visit our web Live Chat at Live Chat | AirAsia.Thank you for your kind attention and we look forward to see you again.Warm Regards,Dewi Nurjuita SiregarCustomer Care"Maybe, just maybe.....my letter has made them more compliant.

Davita - here is the number my wife used AirAsia & AirAsia X flights +62 21 2927 0999The girls name was VonaShe spoke to them politely in Indonesian explaining that I'm an idiot and made these mistakes. It was very prompt, courteous and efficient So perhaps all the complaints received have made them more efficient However I hardly would give you the credit unless you supply me with a truckload of beerTheir live chat is hopeless there was an 84min wait
