So come February after our catch up in Bali Mrs will stay in Komodo Island for a while and I will return to Perth working until the next time we can meet up. The Aussie visa system has been hard on us. Long distance relationship it is at least for the foreseeable future and perhaps I will later retire to Bali.
We don't have many possessions, a microwave a car and scooter and some dishes, cups etc fairly minimal, she suggests to leave it all at her parents in the village, in fact is almost offended at the idea of leaving it anywhere else. I was wondering is there storage places like here in Australia? I am talking about in the heart of Denpasar? I tried to google it didn't come up with much, anyone got some company names? Have you used them? Are they trustworthy? I would at least like some alternatives.
I don't want to sell the stuff as we will most likely meet in Bali 2 months later and take on another lease agreement.
Curious to know why you wouldn't leave the items at your wife's village. That is what I would do. Why throw money away in storage fees? I can see your wife's point of view having been married to a Balinese for 15 years. She will think you don't trust her family. Follow your wife's advice on this.
