Missing Package shipped from U.S. to Bali

Hello, My daughter is staying in Bali and I sent her an important package. I received a notice from the U.S. Post Office that the package is being "Held in Customs, Denpasar Indonesia". Does anyone know how she can get that package? It's been there for over a month. For instance, where is it exactly? Why won't they send it on to her address? If she finds out an address for "customs", can she just go get it? Thanks in advance for any help :)

It the package contains any medications that might be available in Indonesia then Customs will just seize it on the basis that it should have been bought here. Other than that I hope someone else can offer useful information.

Your daughter could try to go to customs to pick up the package. If the package contains something which is prohibited, restricted or requires an import licence then you might have trouble collecting the package.
