From my own perspective getting permission from Istri 1 would be the main stumbling block. As much as I’d like to do all the things ( and I mean that in the nicest possible way) you state, buy land ,cars etc. I think Istri 1 would have taken all the means to buy such things when she left me when I broached the idea.
“ A local lovely to round out the menagerie “ seems to indicate that your desires seem to have a wider scope than just buying things ,perhaps they are “rooted” in other activities!
As an alternative idea what if you were to adopt an Indonesian child and bought things in their name, assuming such a thing would be possible? You could, do all your things you’ve outlined and still keep Istri 1 happy.
Or perhaps there is an underlying ‘need’ not fully outlined in your question?
Post picture of your Istri 1. Children here, as most other places, are unable to legally enter into any of the contracts I'm interested in so, no, I'll stick with first idea.
