Hello all!
New to the forum here. Soon I will be renting a villa for 6 months to a year in the Kerobokan/Umalas area. I noticed some places are bit more pricey but have all of the utilities except electricity included and other places are a bit cheaper but have nothing included. I understand that costs can vary but can anyone give me a general breakdown of how much it costs in utilities out side of rent to have a 2br villa in these areas including a maid (a few times a week), a pool cleaner, wifi etc. Thanks!

Part time gardener, maid, and pool person (the normal 3 most people employ) will run around 800k each per month. (give or take depending on 2 or 3 days and who you hire) Wifi is a bit more, I have Global Xtreme home service, and pay 3.3 million per month. Electricity really runs the gamut - I used to pay 1 million per month for a 3 bedroom, whereas my friend was paying almost 2 million - the setups are sketchy here and multiple houses can be hooked up on the same line :)
