Maybe it is woe begotten me, but it seems difficult to find how to post something new here. Obviously a new member has that opportunity automatically, however beyond that seems elusive. As a result it is just possible that the shortage of posts could be traced to the fact that people have difficulty finding where to go on the site in the event that they aren't inclined to post a reply to something shown? When the newest format was provided administration generously asked for comments, subsequent to that there hasn't appeared any navigational information, and it may well be that other viewers are as lost as I am?

Oh, THAT big red one! Invariably go to "WHAT'S NEW" where it doesn't appear, and damned if I didn't miss it when flipping on to "FORUMS".
Now if someone could just help me find my white cane I could go for a walk.
