there're lot of places to go such as Tanah Lot Temple, ubud art market, uluwatu temple, ubud market forest and so on.

They're money vampires, suck all our money. Not only hotels and resorts are getting more expensive, even eating out also become more and more expensive.

Hi I have only been going to Bali for some 5 years now I have mostly chosen to stay in Sanur but have stayed elsewhere. The prices range from about $25 AU per night to as high as you want to go for a privet Villa. I spend around $60 AU which gives me a 3 to 4-star room in a good position, clean great staff and a decent pool. After all, Bali for me is about doing things not just been poolside, there are so many places to visit, things to see, and food to eat, I choose to explore for three days and then have a relaxing day by the pool or beach. Last time we stayed we found that if you want a special day at a fancy 5-star hotel on the beach with the big pool, table service etc they offer a daily special where if you can either consume $30AU or pay $30au to use the facilities.
