I'm sure it's been dealt with before but I'm leaving my employment at an International school in Bali this year end and applying for a Spouse sponsored Kitas. All is in order and it will be straightforward. Been told by immigration I have to go through the new kitas application route - implying that an EPO process needs to be completed to close the existing KITAS and I will have to go abroad - but this post from 2018 says otherwise and I can apply for change of sponsor/extension without doing that.
