1.5 mil a month would be a good salary for part time. You could go cheaper, however, if you want longevity and loyalty, the little bit extra is nominal.

It greatly depends upon the area where you reside. Your best bet is to get acquainted with other expats in your area, and get their opinion.
Having been here in 2 different areas for numerous years feel that monthly payment is normal. The question about how much you will pay is common, and you should have enough information beforehand to commit.
