We were sitting at a little warung yesterday near the harbor mouth watching the black smoke drifting out to sea , a big mess .
Unfortunately the fishing boats a parked together in lines ,so one catches fire of course the others are at risk , I doubt there would be any assistance for the unfortunate owners .
