Hi all,,,, a friend mentioned to me a few days ago,,,he,d heard joko widodo going to allow foreigners to purchase property in Bali, that is freehold ,,soon,,anyone heard about this ,,is it just a rumour?

Ownership (freehold i.e. Hak Milik) of land in all of Indonesia is written into the Constitution of the Republic as can only be held by an Indonesian citizen.....takes more than a president to change that.
