I make wine here in Bali, and have done so for many years. Much of the equipment, yeasts, acids, and whatever are available online through

Primary and secondary fermentation vessels - food grade plastic is what I use! However, be careful as I have seen 20 and 30 lt plastic containers hanging up in several shops specialising in plastic items and I very much doubt that they are food grade. Maybe check with hotel kitchens - the bigger hotels must buy their ingredients in bulk, and will be using food grade plastic containers, I feel sure.
The 19 lt Aqua bottles are not an alternative I would recommend, having tried using them myself. Certainly, they are food grade but are virtually impossible to clean on the horizontal ridges.
Cooking oil is sold in 5 lt food grade plastic containers, and I use these when starting a wine I have never done before, but 5 lts is hardly large enough, after all, other than for experiments. Whatever you do, DO NOT use any container that has stored soaps, detergent, etc - the soapy taste is incredibly difficult to remove!
Tasks for me today include taking the next step with 20 lts of tamarillo wine, starting 5 lts of passion fruit wine and making a yeast starter for the passion fruit.
