There is a company with good ties to the bank because they do lots of business with them.
For $300 they’ll get you a debit card without KITAS (through reference letter + assistance)
But is the bank actually popular in Bali?
Also, I’m unsure if there will be difficulties renewing card when it runs out.

Do you mean you pay a company $300 to open you a bank account without a KITAS?
That seems ridiculous. You are supposed to have a KITAS but I have heard many banks will open an account for you. Some require an introduction from an existing account holder. But I have never heard of paying someone this amount just to open an account. Or maybe you mean you need this for the opening balance?
I would just try one branch and if they can't help you, try another branch.
