In regard to davita's question, I've been on an Aussie pension for 5 years in Thailand. While we do not get the supplements for power, etc, we also do not pay tax.
In which case masuk...legally, you will be taxed on your pension by Indonesian tax authority if you are resident Indonesia as the bi-lateral agreement only reduces the tax by any amount you would have paid in Australia. As you don't pay anything there it will be fully taxed in RI.
However, as I said in post #2, I don't know anyone on a retirement Kitas/Kitap that files for taxes in Indonesia unless they are earning in Indonesia......but the rule is quite clear.....
