my experience of a post-construction IMB in Sanur 2018:
- fee for drawings by contractor
- 1% of RAB (construction cost) at Bumdes (can be any approximate value)
- 5 000 000 IDR per unit at banjar (negotiable)
- contribution to kelurahan (few million)
- contribution to kantor camat (few million)
- fee for IMB at kantor perizinan denpasar (more millions)

Hmm, sounds difficult and expensive, but that is what you get if things were not done properly in the beginning I suppose. Knowing it is possible is encouraging however. It is essential I obtain one so will just have to accept the hit. Thanks for the info
