Actually all is good, but some point area maybe not good even using Flexy - Sibang Are some place both no signal ! Petang Area low signal But Simpati make new tower extention there ! Ubud -Kuta And Canggu All signal good Tanjung Benoa on Beach most of signal all come and Go So no worry

XL seem to be pretty good for reception and their calls/sms are cheap(ish). It really depends upon where you end up staying as to the nearest mast and quality of reception. Try XL for 20k and if it's not yours then try another one. It aint any money.
