I'm not sure if anyone tried, but are there policies on bring frozen food (well packed product) into the country ?I'm just bringing some pre-cooked frozen and pork products that i will buy in Singpaore and just want to bring a few packages into a small container. Will I be forced to leave the items or is there a chance that i can be exempted? It's nothing contagious or profound but it could be to them so please let me know before i have to pay penalties....

"Suck it and see", as the Bishop said to the actress. Don't think there's a country on the planet that welcomes food products brought in from outside but if you special pork is that important (what the hell is it?) then be prepared to pay some "coffee" money to the inspector.

Never tried but would like to know how you get on. I don't think it would be a problem.

I have the customs declaration form in front of me and it states:I(WE) are bringinga. animals fish, and plants including their products (Vegetables, food etc). Answer Yes/NoI suppose if you answer yes they will ask you what.

So declare it! Doesn't mean you have to pay duty on it.[/QUOTE]Hell no, they probably just look at is an opportunity to exchange good recipes with travelers. If they ask for anything they are for sure not gonna want to have it here - otherwise why ask (except for recipes?)
