Hi everyone. Myself and my wife have just purchased a leasehold on a 3 bedroom Villa in Seminyak that we intend on offering it on air BND etc... I am seeking advice to expenses to run the villa (monthly); ie..
. Villa manager
. Pool Cleaner
. Maid
. Internet 9where to get it and monthly cost)
. Electricity
Also any advice on where to by beds and linen, kitchen and electrical (TV's etc...) as we need to furnish the whole villa. We are also arriving this Sunday 9th July 2017 for the week so happy to catchup with anyone who wants a beer and to assist.

Vill Manager - a %age of rental income - maybe 7%
Pool cleaner - maybe 500,000 or more
Maid - maybe 1,500,000
Internet - Indihome about 800,000 for 20 Mbit
Electric - if you live there about 1,000,000 permonth but if guests about 3,000,000
