Anonymous phone text messages warning of more terror attacks have unnerved Bali's expatriate community, with many Australian residents saying they are ready to leave the island.
One of the messages warns of a possible strike in Seminyak, an upmarket area popular with foreign tourists about three kilometres north of Kuta.
There is no official confirmation that another attack might be planned and unsubstantiated rumours sent via text messages have done the rounds after previous terrorist attacks in Indonesia.
But nobody is taking any chances by ignoring the messages.

Containing spelling and grammatical errors, one message appears to have originated from a non-native English speaker.
"Police Intel Bali, got information that can be next bomb in some of the place, arround Jl Oberoiplease be careful, pass to everyone u know to avoid any problem in next few days," it said.
