Qatar and some of the other Gulf States are having a major dispute which will affect Qatar Airways. As Qatar Airways recently increased their Bali and Jakarta flights to Doha, and presumably onwards to EU, I would suggest any members with Qatar Air tickets should check with the airline ASAP.

Thanks for the information Davita, I have not much idea about maps and location of Arabic countries, you mean Qatar has to fly over these countries and it could be not allowed to do it? in that case I guess they will find an agreetmment soon, because it could be terrible for the airline company! Qatar I think is the most or one of the post popular airlines flying from Europe to Indonesia. It sound rare one Arabic country saying to another Arabic country they support terrorist.

So far Qatar Airways has cancelled flights to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain and the UAE, and it seems that the airspace of those countries is also closed to Qatari aircraft. This will lengthen some flights, especially to/from Asia, Southern Europe and Africa. Checking the status of various flights on flightaware, you can already see the route workarounds that have been implemented.
