Twitter style user tagging

I have enabled a feature where you can tag other users in a post, like Twitter. You just need to add an "@" mark before the username.For example: [MENTION=1532]Markit[/MENTION]You can also tag additional people after you hit 'submit'.

Thanks. If the name has a space in it, you need to add a semi-colon at the end: [MENTION=4966]gilbert de jong[/MENTION];

the person tagged gets a notification [MENTION=1532]Markit[/MENTION] For example you read something interesting that you think might be of interest to Smoke, then you can use "tagging" to let him know.
