I wholeheartedly agree. I cannot fathom how foreigners, who should know better, can be so reckless. Yesterday, in Jl Kerobokan, I witnessed this putrid white kid on a noisy track-motorbike, sans helmet and looked about sixteen, weaving his way thru' the traffic like he was on a demolition derby or grand-prix racing circuit. During the short time he was in my view he was inches away from death a number of times.....had he been in an accident I would have gladly taken his picture and sent to all media....and his parents.
