Is there any visa or age conditions on owning a leasehold property here? Friends dad died and she (30ish) got (was legally going through upon dad's demise) to take over his leasehold. Lease is now in her name.

Yes Hak sewa can be inherited...

it wasn't inherited but dad started the process for making the leasehold and then died. Daughter then took over so I'm guessing it was then switched to her name.
