For all that haven't run into the famous Balinese Mountain Shrimp you might know them better as fecking horrible white grubs about 3 x 2cm long and looking like something you wouldn't want on the bottom of your shoe. Amongst some of the older locals they are considered a delicacy. My Problem: I've got these fecking horrible things chewing their way through my garden from underneath. I don't want the garden trampled to ruin by the above mentioned connoisseurs or gulped down by the fecking "shrimp" and I would rather not poison the entire area so:Does anyone know of a way of killing/discouraging these things semi naturally? My guys are frothing at the yaps to spray all manor of DDT/Agent Orange around but I'm afflicted with western sensibilities (who would have thought?). Still. Munch, munch Markit

As much I resisted to do, we have a company that comes to our place and sprays everything once a month. It seems to do the trick.
