His Tilsitter smells appalling and tastes great. Blue cheese also pretty good and the rest I haven't tried.

There is someone called Wanaprasta making artisan cheese and supplying organic and free range food around Ubud. ... not cheap, but good value for money ....
(as a frenchman once told me ... if you pay peanuts , you will get monkeys .... ain't had monkey brains for decades .... :p ) ....
