This Seminyak House is a 2 bedroom house located 400m from the beach. Located across from the Pelangi Hotel. Walk everywhere, to the shops, restaurants, the beach (3 minutes) and Kuta Square (20 minutes). DescriptionBedroom 1 and 2 have double beds. Includes airconditioner in the main bedroom and airconditioner and ceiling fan in mainroom. Bedroom two has a portable fan. The huge main living area and bedroom 1 have televisions with satellite television. Has a kitchen, laundry and western style bathroom with hot water and shower (no bath). All linen, crockery and cutlery are provided including beach towels and sarongs. Small back and front yard that are fully fenced. The rear garden has an outdoor setting under the verandah and water feature. The house keeper comes 6 days per week (not Sunday). Very secure with 24 hour security at the Pelangi Hotel across the road. WIFI is available. Price List Monthly AUS$800 ++BTW thinking of selling too, sad but true. Hi, I'm hearing $80000 is a better price for the purchase of our place? Can't get cheaper than that I would have thought? Life plans have changed for us so it's time to let it go.Cheers
