Went I read this about the paper, I though the same, probably it is the only few places we get a paper but we don't need to pay!!! because usually it is the opposite, I get stress very often because we have to pay in many places to parking the motorbikes or cars, and one of the things makes me happy of going to lotte is not paying for the parking!!!! I got surprise when markit said it annoy him!! as long we don't pay I am happy to collect the paper and give it back to them, not a big deal to me.
