If he thinks it is a good idea and business venture is sound...why not.Just need to get a bit clearer on that revolting security and first mortgage on something....anything.....wife/gf perhaps.

The revolving security is like this. A trust is setup in Australia to purchase an investment property in Australia. The original mortgage and equity for that property is payed out but instead of taking the funds, setup to form a line of credit for when properties arise in the selection purpose of the development business trigger a person interest. Once that particular property gets redeveloped and resold, the original balance stays there and profit taken. Hope that clarifies. Any serious interest can be replied to by supplying your email address and will respond in as much detail as I can without handing over two much information. If more info is still needed a confidentiality agreement will be drawn up to the cost of the interested party and taken from there.

I have never considered one of my properties as being intellectual.Mind you when I was assaulted last week and the guy was slamming my head into the wall it may have looked as though I was kissing the place.
