I am looking at buying a hotel room (20 yr lease with a 10 yr option) within a Resort.
this is a lease arrangement

Am I required to form a Company in order to obtain the lease arrangement ?
The Owner/Builder (Australian) says No
A local lawfirm says Yes

please help
