For SURE 60 & 100 Million is ridiculous

In Canggu it's for sure around 20.000 M2 Tax, so 200 m2 house (without all the village etc mentionned above) cost around 4.000.000 for indonesians, 5.500.000 for Bules

You need IMB drawings from an architect as well (another 30.000 / m2)

If you want to do this yourselves you have to speak fluently Bahasa & be able to smile even you're angry
