    @jay733 A PT can also sponsor a foreigner for a working KITAS. I know that visa agencies can set this up and will be cheaper than making a PMA.

    I was looking for to buy some piece of real estate property in Bali but didn't find a guide to it. Now i have become a member of this forum and i find this article very helpful for me.

    Hello everybody, have a great day for all of you...

    I have read some above replied. My experience is, my good friend foreigner planned to business in Bali, so he wanted to buy land under PMA that he has created first. However he decided to cancel for business and land is under my name as nominee. But since the PMA is created, there is tax number given from Government. Since that time, no activity from beginning. We must report it " zero" every month then got warning because we forget to report it. Then we came to Notary who establish it, they said wait until government close it, other Notary also mentioned it. Then we wait , until one day tax man visit our house as the address of PMA is our house. They will ask some questions and we informed that no activity since beginning. After that until now, we never get warning paper again since we never report it again. Perhaps it is closed automatic. If we want to cancel it, need paper work again and pay like create new PMA. Better consult directly to Notary/Laywer you trust...
