@BKT, anyone can have a huge list of buildings be it for lease or sale right?...I think his problem is making/getting any deals...
btw, I think that markits post is not meant personal towards padangan, but more like "oh yeah another bengkel/printshop/notaris/real-estate (take your pick) guy is what Bali lacking"
So as for helping someone with making sales, that's mission (almost) impossible depending on what kinda salestraining pandangan already had..
Pandangan, you ask for advice...ussually that follows with a question, as in "I could use some advice regarding, XxXxXx" Know what I mean?
