Hi all.

I think it would be informative and useful to gather information about the necessary steps that has to be taken when one is going to buy land and build property in Bali. I myself among perhaps a few others on this forum have very limited knowledge about this.

So I thought it would be eprisiated if we could make something like a small guide or a list of guidelines regarding this often talked about subject. Things like which permits that are needed, application forms, price for land on different areas, construction, list of entrepenours, personal experience and so on could be of great value for many.

Like I wrote before I don`t have much knowledge about this so the help of other members with more insight on the mather would be nice.
