I'm about to build and am looking at buying materials. THis is a price list I got from a contractor. I think the prices are to high and I am in process of looking around myself.

The last time I was at my cousin-in-laws shop I noticed the Toto brochure had the prices listed already. If these guys are contractors they should be getting cost price (%35 less), so no reason they should charge more, might want to check that though.

I have already done some research on Toto. All their rates are fixed prices and every shop will have the same published rates on all Toto products. The difference is how much "commission" you can negotiate on the published rate. The best discount I was able to get was 27.5%.

If you know a place or someone who can extend 35% discount please share
