Cool...we'll definitely talk more. I was just there last week, finally installed AC in the place lol, the heat was killing me!

I have just bought land in Tuban (3.2 are @ 210 Juta / are ) after having looked at many many pieces of land from Tuban, Kuta,Seminyak,Canggu,Nusa Dua etc etc. Land is approx 1 1/2 km from airport in an area of many decent 2 storey houses,bitumen street frontage and 100 mtrs from main road to Kuta from Airport .
Bali land prices fluctuate very greatly - from 12 juta to 400 juta per are - depending on access ( some with 2 mtr wide lanes ( ie no car access )dirt road access (possible to build 4 mtr bitumen access )to bitumen street frontages. The further you go from main tourist areas the cheaper it is -and prices are only going one way & that is UP !
