I'm going to Bali in June to buy some land in Sanur and it's about 6 are.
Does anyone have any idea how much a decent wall might cost around the property? Obviously it needs a good foundation so let's asume it use to be a paddy but it's now dried out.

As far as I know average walls are about 3 mtrs high right?

Other question... what are the average prices for an are right now in sanur about 150 mtrs from the bypass at the seaside. We have recieved an offer from a family member but want to compare now.
