    Hello Michelle,

My father is going with my husband next month to find a place. More than likely Denpasar or a surrounding area of the city. Not so sure yet. My 15 year old step daughter has already moved from CA to Batam where my father is located and it has been hard on her. It can be tough on teens. Anyway, I was looking into BIS... it's the only one I found with her grade level. Am I missing others? If you know of anymore please let me know so I can compare! Haha.

For the meantime she is doing homeschooling online.

Hi we are most likely moving in January with a son going into year 11 & a daughter going into year 9 we have just had a short trip to bali to organise housing, visas and schools. WE went to the Australian International School and I have to say I was most impressed. This is were I will be sending our two children and evan though it is expensive it is still cheaper than what we are paying in at the moment.

    Kind Regards
    Cath

Hi we are moving to Bali in January also. We have a nearly nine year old son - tossing up between CCS & AIS at the moment. (As well as a three old) Could you please tell me what it was that you like about AIS?

    Hi

Have just got back my daughter spent a day at the AIS and was very happy. I also was very brave and went to Melbourne Cup at changuu club on my own (had a great day) and spoke to some parents with children at both Schools. They all seemed very happy with both schools.
I hope that helps any specific questions please feel free to ask.

    Hi,
Just out of curiosity, would you know how many students will be in Yr9 at AIS? Just a rough idea. And what about primary years?
I have heard great things about that school and its principal.
    Thx

    Default class size

I think there is approx 10 - 12 in each year level next year. They do composite classes so 20ish in a class. Not sure about primary. I must say the security at this school is fantastic. If you email school they will give you exact numbers I am sure.

Great to have some one here with the "word on the street". Did you visit Canggu Community School also? What was it about the AIS that impressed you? What are the sorts of things people said about the schools. I'd really love to hear some more!
    Thanks
