Default Far from the Madding Crowd

    Hi all,
Just wanted to share in the news that there now exists something beyond what may be tame for some lovers of the wilderness. I've been living in the south since my arrival here some two years ago and even with the business and all it's associated undertaking I always try and find time to get away from it all. Also as a photographer I constantly look for imaging opportunities beyond the standard arranged 'cultural' aspects displayed to the visiting hoards.

I've just documented a new and exciting option of Canyoning in Bali where I've spent the last couple of days with an French/Indonesian venture in some hidden valleys just south of Singaraja. For the adventure traveler this is an amazing addition to options in Bali and for those looking to get away from the noise, pollution and hassle of the south.

    Cheers,

Thanks for sharing looks good but I am not sure if I could do it. I am keen to do some hiking though. The website is looking great also. Are you going to start selling products directly from your site?
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat drinking beer all day.

Looks great fun. I'm a keen caver, but I like the look of this. Similar physical activity in the wet but in daylight. Brilliant!

    Hi spicyayam,
It's not as energetic as it looks, a few quite 'aged' and shall we say plump people have been on other trips I have made, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm hooked I tell ya, love the water adventure so it's just another aspect that I can apply for the photography. The next trip will be to Flores where the same company are opening up a stunning location there, six days at the end of October, sleeping in caves and photographing the raw nature of the place, should be cool.

Thanks also for the words on the website. The answer is yes, we will soon be starting to sell our product via that site. I've just this week received the framework from the web builders in the US so am now populating that with all items we thus far have, around 80 in total. I'm hoping to have everything set for Sunday, then go live with it on Monday.

@ mat - Yes mate, it's an amazing adventure. If you need any further details just let me know.

    Cheers,
