    Default Practicing for the Milky Way

    I saw some really nice timelapse photography here and there, especially of the stars at night, so I am trying myself a bit. My goal is to shoot a HD timelapse of the Milky Way center over Singaraja or the Bali Ocean one day.

    Here is my last try:

    Shot in my Garden. About a 1000 shots in 10 hrs. (Automatic timer) At the end, when the star density increases that is when the Mily Way centre comes in the picture. Unfortunately it is just before sunrise, and not with a wideangle, so you don't have an idea, really.

    Great videos. I do miss those Bali stars and great to see my girlfriend [ behind your family] in one of your beach videos still shopping. I am coming for 6 months next visit with the view to finding a house/land to buy and getting married to my fiance. Do the members of the forum have any social occasions as a group or do you think that it is better kept just online?
