bert, i can do some tracking if you send me the e-mail with full header (ip-adress and more..). we can track the ip-adress, network and if the harrassement continues the police may get further information from the provider. :wink:

Tracking this person down is not impossible, as you know, but probably a waste of time in the end. "Involving" police, even more so.

Bert, forgive my question, but what was the point in making this post? You have personal issues with Dewi that you chose to make public on this forum, and you have been provided with insights as to the very plausible source of those rumors about her.

You, better than anyone, are well aware of the public accessibility, (Google et all), to posts made here on your forum.

Also, on a professional basis, you have gone “head to head” with “you know who” clearly regarded as a paranoid Quasimodo, hell bent on destroying Bali and selling drugs on the internet.

You clearly understand that to make a great omelet, it is necessary to break a few eggs. You are successful, and therefore a “fair target” for those who are not, and never will be successful in Bali. Frankly, I’m surprised that you are surprised that such crap can, and will, hit your inbox from time to time.

To be perfectly honest, and admittedly somewhat critical, I am disappointed that you would have made such a post without full elaboration of the kinds of circumstances that could provoke such a letter. As it sits, it could easily be perceived by casual readers as rather frightening.

None the less, the dating doesn't change my points that one should expect this sort of thing from time to time if one is making omelets. Another point is that the audience now reading this post (now being current again) is vastly greater than it was two years ago.
