Hallo wir ziehen um nach Bali und oder Lombok. Kann man eigentlich in Bali eine Paulaner Brauerei aufmachen? Das wär doch mal was . In Singapur und anderen gibts das ja schon. Ab Dezember gehe ich gerne mal mit Euch aus, wenn Ihr lust habt.
gruss
He Chris I'm sure you can open a Paulaner Brewery but why would you want to? Where will you get the correct hops from? Malt? Water? etc. etc. without those it would taste just like the Bintang does.
So I ask again why bother? But I would just love a cold one so keep up the good work and if you need a tester just let me know, promise?
Well I don't know where they get their ingredients, but Storm Brewery (See Bali Storm Brewing Company) does a good job. However, it is usually costs double the price of Bintang - so I am miserly enough to stay with Bintang.
I think the big headache for such a business would be the bureaucracy involved with alcoholic drinks in Indonesia.
I also believe that is very difficult, if not impossible to get a license to produce alcohol.
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat drinking beer all day.
yes i heard that alcohol in indoneisa is some like maifa..in the hand of two family or similar. I think the incredients will be no problem cause in singapore as well paulaner..and of course everybody who knows german beer not want to change with bintang or any other:) except money missing hihih
but without joking, over here in germany you can cheap buy used brewery equipement..enough for bali..and in Singapore its always full so i guess many turist would go there
