Thread: 13 mill for house in seminyak good?

I am thinking of renting a house in Seminyak area. I have been looking at a few houses/villas already but none of them were relevant cause of my budget.

I have now found a beautiful 2 storeis house with 3 bedroons in Seminyak or across the street of bali deli... There is a huge master bedroom that is very nice and fresh and it also has a privat BIG bathroom with tub in dark stone. The 2 other bedrooms are smaller, but still in great size. Big windows and beautifuly decorated. All bedrooms have A/C. There is 2 bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs, botch very beutiful and fresh. The living room is in the sam room as the kitchen or should i say open living room (?) and Tv and internet is included. The house is completly furnished, may wanna change that sofa though :S and has a big fridge and a spacy kitchen.

For this they want 13 million rp a month.. could that be a good deal? what do you guys think? what would be an avarage price for a 3 bedrrom house in seminyak area? considerng a fairly fresh house??

i forgot to say that the house dosent have a garden!! but it has a nice neigborhood with great roads and garage + gate!

Sounds a lot to me too. I would expect to pay not more than 5 a month. I rented 3 bedroom house with garden in the north here for 2.3 million a month [and thought that was a bit expensive]. Can get a basic 2 [small] bedroom house with AC for around 7-10 million a year here.

Ok, yes i kind of felt that 13 mill was a little to expensive...
So you guys rent for 20 - 40 mill a year?! where do you live then, i mean i am looking for something in Seminyak and the cheapset i have found there was 100 million.. And thats is waaay to much what i am willing to spend in a house. Im moore for 65 million a year maximum..

Anybody that rents out a house in seminyak, kerobokan, legian?? yearly or monthly is fine by me!

30-40 million a year will get you something nice but I am not talking a villa with pool but its your money and your choice.

Serious?! thats really cheap.. where in the north do you live?
