This is for a 2year contract & you must supply return airfares out of the country when finished. A local worker you will pay between 2-5 mill a month no extras.
When you set up a company you will need to supply all contracts to the manpower office to get work visa, when you pay your $1200us for each employee this is not refundable if they leave.
A 3 floor roko 7mtrs x 20mtrs, 30-40 mill a year & you would have to pay 2 years in advance. If you want some were in Kuta you would pay 10X this price. Power & Internet would be your decider in selecting you office space.
ummmm where do i drop my resume, count me in!

Bali does not have the broadband capacity (not economical) to be used as a call centre at this moment in time.

In the meantime, can I ask (if you know):

    - Approximately what are locals (english speaking) and expats being paid for office-based work (part time and full time)
    - Do you have any idea about approx office rental prices (per m2)

    Thanks

Hello BK OZ, If you need a local staff with good English, I really interest to work with you. You can send me inbox at sudarmabugbug[at]yahoo.com so I can help you to provide what you need. I look forward for it.

    Thanks

you cannot employ travelers/tourist, you would need to supply work visa that are expensive, you can only employ expats if a Indonesian person cannot do the job. Search the forum about starting a pma company & employing expats
    is right

Are you still planning to start your call centre here? I am from the UK now married to a Balinese and living here. I have 10+ years experience in call centre/ customer service in the finance field and am looking for work here.
