Having those meetings sounds like a great idea. Networking is always valuable.
You could create a small closed NING Network that would allow you and other business owners to post such items and photos about bad staff members. As it is a closed network people would have to ask for membership and this can then be used to verify as business owners etc.
Just a thought.

it's hard to always keep an eyes to the employee, bad things happen to everyone we just have to prepare the worst. i'm just always try to discover what is make my employee give their loyal and honest. try to be close with them but keep the discipline, give them trust but not much, make them feel they valuable for me(of course they are),
Create a closed private Group on facebook, invitees only. People contact you for access via this or other forum, you verify them for legitimacy and then they get in.
Simple.
