    Default Looking for an investor for a new English pub style restaurant in Jl pettitenget .

    Hi there, my name is matty and I have been living in Bali for nearly 2 years now, I'm a chef with over 15 years experience in the catering industry in many top restaurants in the uk , Japan . I've decided to become my own boss in Bali , I have been searching for the right building and location for many months now, and I believe I have found the perfect place , all equipment included all licenses for bar / restaurant also, I'm looking for an investment of $ 500,000 this will be to pay for the lease for 8 years and renovation , plus other costs , I'm very dedicated to this concept I have and I believe it will be very successful , thanks for your time and I hope to here from any ( serious ) investors .     So your putting in $500,000us & you are looking for a investor to put in another $500,000us ??????
    Or are you putting in $250,000 & investor $250,000us ????????

    Hi Fred2 , thanks for your interest no I'm looking for an investor to put in $500,000 that will pay for the lease upfront and renovations that are needed , this is a very good location in Bali and with equipment to open up straight away after renovation ie furniture, bar / kitchen equipment , I've been in the catering industry a while now and this is a good opportunity. Hope to here from you again on any info or ideas ,

    People don't like English Pubs in England. If you get the 500K I've got a bridge for sale in San Fransisco - recently painted too.

    So matty you would be the manager/chef?
    The investment of $500,000 is for 8 years, or after Xyears I would get my money back + Interest? What is my expected return?
    So how many people do you expect to seat, hours of trade, size of building.
    Are you employed in Bali now? Will you live in the restaurant?
    Was this a restaurant before? Is the equipment already there? Is the equipment new or old?

    Last evening I was sitting on the beach in Sanur having a beer. (This in itself is not an uncommon event)
    The current lesee of a well known beachfront restaurant offered me the over lease on her contract. This was for 15 years and came in around the same total mark as Matty's place. The beauty here is that the lease payment is every 3 years and the place is already operating. This means an immediate return on the initial investment. The initial outlay is actually $120,000 for a well know beach front restaurant in Sanur
    I think this is a better offer than what Matty has proposed however I still like the idea of owning the bridge in San Francisco. Especially now that it is freshly painted.
    Markit, is this a toll bridge and what is the return on the overall investment?

    Mattychef, I am interested. Three critical questions. How much money are you putting up in equity? What % of ownership does the investor get? Can you give a sort of indication where the location will be?
