what would make your plan different from others? Do you have a concept model and business plan? How much capital is required and shareholding and business structure?

not to be negative, but every villa management company, tailors their managemnt plan to suit the customers (villa-owner) wishes.
Having a basic-plan + options ain't something unique.
Anyways, when you say 'looking for businesspartner', do you mean villa-owners looking for a villa management company or capital-investment partner?
don't read between the lines..i think the words are clear enough...:)
